Hair Lab Cairo — Refund & Return Policy

1. Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, no exceptions. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered under any circumstances, regardless of reason.
2. Condition
To be eligible for any return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
Sealed, unopened, and unused, with all original packaging, protective seals, and stickers fully intact
No signs of tampering, damage, or use of any kind
Accompanied by the original invoice/order confirmation
Returned in the exact condition it was received, including any boxes, tags, or inserts
Hair Lab Cairo reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions in full, at its sole discretion. Products will be inspected upon receipt before any refund or exchange is approved.
3. Process
To request a return:
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the timeframe above, including your order number, product name, and reason for return
Wait for written approval from our team before sending anything back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded
Once approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the item reaches us safely and in original condition
Approved refunds/exchanges will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected
4. Exchanges
Hair Lab Cairo offers store credit or exchange only — we do not offer cash or original-payment-method refunds except in cases of a verified error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). Store credit is valid for 60 days from issue date and is non-transferable.
5. Exceptions — Final Sale, No Returns
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
Any opened, used, or tested hair treatments, masks, oils, or serums (for hygiene reasons)
Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items
Items purchased as part of a bundle or gift set (the full set must be returned intact; partial returns not accepted)
Gift cards
Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling, incorrect storage, or misuse
Custom or special orders
6. General
Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable
Hair Lab Cairo reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms of this policy in full

1. المدة الزمنية
يتم قبول طلبات الإرجاع خلال 3 أيام فقط من تاريخ الاستلام، ولا يوجد أي استثناء لهذه المدة. أي طلب يُقدَّم بعد انتهاء هذه المهلة لن يُنظر فيه نهائيًا مهما كان السبب.
2. الشروط
لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب توافر جميع الشروط التالية:
أن يكون المنتج مغلقًا بالكامل وغير مستخدم، مع بقاء جميع الأختام والتغليف الأصلي سليمًا تمامًا
ألا توجد أي علامات عبث أو تلف أو استخدام من أي نوع
إرفاق الفاتورة الأصلية أو تأكيد الطلب
إعادة المنتج بنفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها، متضمنًا العلب والبطاقات وأي محتويات إضافية
تحتفظ هير لاب القاهرة بحقها الكامل في رفض أي طلب إرجاع لا يستوفي هذه الشروط بالكامل، وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص. سيتم فحص المنتجات عند استلامها قبل الموافقة على أي استرداد أو استبدال.
3. آلية الإرجاع
لتقديم طلب إرجاع:
تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني خلال المدة المذكورة أعلاه، مع ذكر رقم الطلب واسم المنتج وسبب الإرجاع
انتظر الموافقة الكتابية من فريقنا قبل إرسال أي منتج — لن يتم قبول أي إرجاع غير معتمد مسبقًا ولن يُسترد ثمنه
بعد الموافقة، يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع ومسؤولية وصول المنتج بأمان وبحالته الأصلية
لن تتم معالجة أي استرداد أو استبدال إلا بعد استلام المنتج المُرجَع وفحصه
4. الاستبدال
تقدّم هير لاب القاهرة رصيدًا للمتجر أو استبدالًا فقط — لا يتم استرداد المبلغ نقدًا أو عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية إلا في حالة وجود خطأ مؤكد من جانبنا (مثل إرسال منتج خاطئ). رصيد المتجر صالح لمدة 60 يومًا من تاريخ إصداره وغير قابل للتحويل.
5. الاستثناءات — بيع نهائي، لا يوجد إرجاع
المنتجات التالية غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاسترداد نهائيًا تحت أي ظرف:
أي علاجات أو ماسكات أو زيوت أو سيرومات للشعر تم فتحها أو استخدامها أو تجربتها (لأسباب صحية)
المنتجات المخفضة أو منتجات التصفية أو العروض الترويجية
المنتجات التي تم شراؤها ضمن مجموعة أو طقم هدايا (يجب إرجاع الطقم كاملاً، ولا يُقبل الإرجاع الجزئي)
بطاقات الهدايا
المنتجات التي تلفت بعد الاستلام بسبب سوء التخزين أو الاستخدام الخاطئ من العميل
الطلبات المخصصة أو الخاصة
6. أحكام عامة
رسوم الشحن (الأصلية وإرجاع المنتج) غير قابلة للاسترداد
تحتفظ هير لاب القاهرة بحقها في تعديل هذه السياسة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق
بإتمام الطلب، يوافق العميل على شروط هذه السياسة بالكامل
