سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال — هير لاب كايرو

1. Return Period

1. المدة الزمنية

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only, with no exceptions. Any return request submitted after this period will not be considered, regardless of the reason.

يتم قبول طلبات الإرجاع خلال 3 أيام فقط من تاريخ الاستلام، ولا يوجد أي استثناء لهذه المدة. أي طلب يُقدَّم بعد انتهاء هذه المهلة لن يتم النظر فيه، مهما كان السبب.

2. Eligibility & Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

The product must be completely sealed, unopened, and unused, with all original packaging, protective seals, and stickers fully intact.
There must be no signs of tampering, damage, or use of any kind.
The original invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
The product must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received, including all boxes, tags, inserts, and other original contents.

Hair Lab Cairo reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fully meet these conditions, at its sole discretion. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt before any store credit or exchange is approved.

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب توافر جميع الشروط التالية:

أن يكون المنتج مغلقًا بالكامل وغير مستخدم أو مفتوح، مع بقاء جميع العبوات الأصلية والأختام الواقية والملصقات سليمة تمامًا.
ألا توجد أي علامات عبث أو تلف أو استخدام من أي نوع.
تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية أو تأكيد الطلب.
إعادة المنتج بنفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها تمامًا، بما في ذلك العلب والبطاقات وأي ملحقات أو محتويات أصلية أخرى.

تحتفظ هير لاب القاهرة بحقها في رفض أي طلب إرجاع لا يستوفي هذه الشروط بالكامل، وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص. وسيتم فحص جميع المنتجات المرتجعة عند استلامها وقبل الموافقة على أي رصيد للمتجر أو استبدال.

3. Return Process & Courier Pickup

3. آلية الإرجاع واستلام المنتج بواسطة مندوب الشحن

To request a return:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the 3-day return period.
Provide your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
Wait for written approval from our team before sending or handing over any product.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Once the return is approved, Hair Lab Cairo will arrange for a courier to pick up the product from the customer’s location.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and for ensuring that the product is properly packaged and ready for collection in its original condition.
The returned product will be inspected after it is received by Hair Lab Cairo.
Any approved store credit or exchange will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

لتقديم طلب إرجاع:

التواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني خلال مدة الـ3 أيام المحددة للإرجاع.
تقديم رقم الطلب واسم المنتج وسبب الإرجاع.
انتظار الموافقة الكتابية من فريقنا قبل إرسال أو تسليم أي منتج.
لن يتم قبول أو معالجة أي إرجاع غير معتمد مسبقًا.
بعد الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع، ستقوم هير لاب القاهرة بترتيب مندوب شحن لاستلام المنتج من مكان العميل.
يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع، كما يتحمل مسؤولية تجهيز المنتج وتغليفه بشكل مناسب ليكون جاهزًا للاستلام وبحالته الأصلية.
سيتم فحص المنتج المرتجع بعد استلامه من قبل هير لاب القاهرة.
لن تتم معالجة أي رصيد للمتجر أو عملية استبدال إلا بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه.

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

4. الاستبدال ورصيد المتجر

Hair Lab Cairo offers product exchanges or store credit only.

We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except in cases of a verified error on our part, such as sending the wrong product.

Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue and is non-transferable.

تقدم هير لاب القاهرة الاستبدال أو رصيد المتجر فقط.

لا يتم تقديم استرداد نقدي أو استرداد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، باستثناء الحالات التي يثبت فيها وجود خطأ من جانبنا، مثل إرسال منتج خاطئ.

رصيد المتجر صالح لمدة 60 يومًا من تاريخ إصداره وغير قابل للتحويل.

5. Exceptions — Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Any opened, used, or tested hair treatments, masks, oils, or serums, for hygiene reasons.
Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items.
Products purchased as part of a bundle or gift set. The complete set must be returned intact; partial returns are not accepted.
Gift cards.
Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling, incorrect storage, misuse, or improper use.
Custom or special-order products.

المنتجات التالية غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاسترداد نهائيًا:

أي علاجات أو ماسكات أو زيوت أو سيرومات للشعر تم فتحها أو استخدامها أو تجربتها، وذلك لأسباب صحية.
المنتجات المخفضة أو منتجات التصفية أو المنتجات المشمولة بالعروض الترويجية.
المنتجات التي تم شراؤها ضمن مجموعة أو طقم هدايا. يجب إرجاع المجموعة كاملة وبحالتها الأصلية، ولا يُقبل الإرجاع الجزئي.
بطاقات الهدايا.
المنتجات التي تعرضت للتلف بعد التسليم بسبب سوء تعامل العميل أو التخزين غير الصحيح أو سوء الاستخدام.
الطلبات المخصصة أو الخاصة.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive the wrong item, or if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email so that our team can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Where the issue is confirmed to be an error on the part of Hair Lab Cairo, the applicable return or exchange process will be handled by our team.

في حال استلام منتج خاطئ أو وصول المنتج تالفًا أو به عيب، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني حتى يتمكن فريقنا من مراجعة المشكلة وتحديد الحل المناسب.

في حال التأكد من أن المشكلة ناتجة عن خطأ من جانب هير لاب القاهرة، سيتولى فريقنا إجراءات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال اللازمة.

7. Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is required due to a verified error on the part of Hair Lab Cairo.

رسوم الشحن الأصلية ورسوم شحن الإرجاع غير قابلة للاسترداد، باستثناء الحالات التي يكون فيها الإرجاع ناتجًا عن خطأ مؤكد من جانب هير لاب القاهرة.

8. Policy Updates

Hair Lab Cairo reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.

The policy applicable to an order will be the policy in effect at the time the order is placed.

By placing an order with Hair Lab Cairo, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Refund & Return Policy.

تحتفظ هير لاب القاهرة بحقها في تعديل أو تحديث سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

تكون السياسة السارية على الطلب هي السياسة المعمول بها في وقت تقديم الطلب.

بإتمام الطلب لدى هير لاب القاهرة، يقر العميل بموافقته على جميع شروط وأحكام سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال هذه.
