Where we deliver

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

نقوم بالتوصيل لجميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within up to 8 business days from order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Every product is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized suppliers, which is why delivery takes slightly longer than local stock.

يتم توصيل الطلبات خلال 8 أيام عمل كحد أقصى من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب، باستثناء العطلات الرسمية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع. جميع منتجاتنا أصلية 100% ويتم توفيرها مباشرة من موردين معتمدين، لذلك قد يستغرق التوصيل وقتًا أطول قليلًا من المخزون المحلي.

Shipping fees

• Orders under 1,500 EGP: 100 EGP
• Orders of 1,500 EGP or more: Free delivery

• الطلبات أقل من 1,500 جنيه: 100 جنيه
• الطلبات بقيمة 1,500 جنيه أو أكثر: توصيل مجاني

Order confirmation and tracking

After you place your order, our team will confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp. You can follow your order status anytime from your account or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +20 114 096 8967 with your order number.

بعد إتمام الطلب، سيقوم فريقنا بتأكيده معك عبر الهاتف أو واتساب. يمكنك متابعة حالة طلبك في أي وقت من حسابك أو بمراسلتنا على واتساب على الرقم 01140968967 مع رقم الطلب.

Delivery issues

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us right away if anything arrives damaged or incorrect.
